Hey, I’m Marissa! I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals through mental health and well-being.
Through my own experiences, I know how important it is to make habits that reflect the success you envision for yourself. Although, easier said than done, putting sustainable mental health and well-being practices into your everyday routine will steadily bring you closer to the happiest and healthiest version of you!
And that’s why I’m here! To share what has worked for myself in hopes of helping others transform their lives. The happier and healthier we all are, the better the world will be. It’s a win/win!
I have always considered myself to be a physically active person, however, in my early twenties I decided to start on a journey to implement healthier habits. I am no where near “health nut” status but I am always working toward improvement and have been enjoying the results of my efforts so far!

I have discovered that mental health and well-being is not a luxury only suited for those with extra time on their hands, but is a practice for those of us who are committed to caring for ourselves in order to live to our fullest potential and be encouraging and helpful to those around us!
Effectively managing stress is a huge part of well-being. I am so excited to be able to share tips and techniques that have worked for me in the past!
Over the years, I have developed several workout routines that work best for my body. I enjoy “switching things up” between cardio, abdominal, leg, arm, back and yoga exercises. I consider myself to be in shape and am always searching for sustainable ways to enhance my routine and fit figure.
